Coping from anxiety

Anxiety, hesitation, lack of confidence keeps us away from so many life changing opportunities. Fear of doing something new deprive us from having a better life. We keep getting stuck in what ifs rather on focusing on achieving things. Some fear from failure, some fear from getting vulnerable in front of the world. Everyone have their own problems and perspectives but this doesn't mean that you should be deprived from having a better life. 
There are many methods to cope up with these fears.

ANXIETY
Anxiety involves feelings of worry, negative thoughts, fear and feeling out of control. It affects a person mentally and some physically too. It results in restlessness, overthinking. 
So how to cope up with it? Is it possible to defeat anxiety? 
Yes, it takes time, pateince to defeat anxiety but everyone can do this.
1. Breathing MANTRA
When feeling anxious, indulge yourself in breathing exercises. 
What to do?
a) sit in a comfortable place
b) close your eyes
c) inhale deeply
d) then slowly exhale
e) repeat this until you feel calm

2. Your happy place
One can cope with the feeling of distress by thinking about a happy moment. You just have to close your eyes and focus in something that makes you happy. It can be family time, chilling with your friends, you doing something you love. Whatever makes you happy you have to think about it. It helps in calming.

3. Finding a hobby
One should try doing something that makes one calm and distract your mind from negative thoughts. It can be your personal time. You can try new things and can also just try having your old habits back which made you happy in the past.

4. Keeping a track
You can try writing a journal. It has been seen that some people find it soothing to write about their problems in a dairy or notebook. It helps you to see what is bothering you, what makes you anxious. Then you can work on them.

5. Taking care of yourself
One should sleep well, eat balanced diet and do regular exercise. These things play a major role in handling your mood. Try waking up in the morning and do meditation. It calms a person and leads to a better happy day. 
6. Have confidence
You can do this. Just believe in yourself. You deserve to lead a happy life. Anxiety should not be the reason for your lack of confidence. Go for unexpected things because life is unpredictable.
7. Consult with doctors
If your anxiety is getting worse you should contact with a doctor, seek help from professionals. They can help you.


Take a time out. You don't have to run with everyone for achieving something. Your mental health is more important than competition. You can take a break from things that makes you feel anxious. One can always start later.
No one can help you if you don't let them, so only you can save yourself. 
Chin up and start improving your life.

Everyone has that one person in their life who either makes your life or destroys it. I had both of them and I know you also have them at one point in life.  THE DESTROYER Sometimes we give someone so much control over us that they sabotage our life. But why give someone that power to do so? No one has the right to make your life a disaster. So difficult that you start doubting yourself, you start overthinking, anxiety, stress. Their fake promises make your life so hard. You believe them, you let your guard down and what for so they can stab you in the back? Leave you all alone again? Break your trust?
